Bronze Calibration Visit for Rotational Rheometers

This provides for complete preventative maintenance and calibration by a Malvern service engineer

  • Rotational speed
  • Motor torque
  • Temperature sensors
  • Electronic calibration of drive signals, digital circuitry and raw data wave forms
  • Resolution of position sensors
  • Measuring-gap verification
  • Frame alignment including levelling of lower assembly
  • Inspection of air supply and filters
  • Operational stability of temperature controller
  • Verification tests – rotation and dynamic
  • Environmental inspection

UKAS/International certificates for electronic calibration equipment and reference oils are also provided.
